Thom Shea
Retired Navy Seal Thom Shea served with the US Navy for 23 years with distinguished valor before writing his bestselling books, “Unbreakable: A Navy Seal’s Way of Life” and “Three Simple Things: Leading During Chaos.” Thom has trained thousands of executives around the world to overcome chaos by applying the rule of Three Simple Things to their lives and businesses. Thom developed his leadership and human performance process during his military career where he trained and led Seal Teams in three wars. Thom earned a Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, Army Commendation with Valor and Two Combat Action Medals. He was later hand-picked to serve as officer in charge of the famed Seal Sniper course.

Michael Bennett
Former Army Ranger Michael Bennett is a senior real estate private equity executive. Michael was a successful investment banking professional at Morgan Stanley in London and that career path changed after 9/11. Michael decided to step away from Wall Street and enlisted in the 75th Ranger Regiment. Michael served six years in the Rangers as a non-commissioned officer and fought in Iraq and Afghanistan through many deployments and combat missions. After his enlistment, Michael returned to a successful career in real estate private equity.

Dave Davidson
Retired Navy Seal Dave Davidson served 26 years with distinguished valor with multiple deployments in combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Dave was the Leading Chief Petty Officer for the Naval Special Warfare Unit Three Operations where he oversaw all operational requirements for United States Special Forces operations in Arab Gulf States, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He also served as the Leading Chief Petty Officer in charge of the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Program responsible for training and equipping Special Operation personnel for Clandestine Advanced Special Operations Worldwide. Dave is a foremost expert in all aspects of mission planning and execution.

Daniel Corbett III
Daniel joined the navy shortly after graduating high school in 2002. After successfully navigating the Navy Seals selection course, he was assigned to Seal Team 5 and was deployed to Iraq on multiple deployments from 2005 – 2007. As a proven operator, Daniel then went through selection and joined Seal Team Six (the Navy Seals most elite unit) where he deployed to various locations around the world from 2007-2010. In 2010, Daniel returned to the West Coast as an instructor at the Naval Special Warfare Basic Training Command (NSWBTC). Upon his retirement from the Navy Seals, Daniel has worked as a private contractor on undisclosed mission sets.

Chris “Dutch” Moyer
Retired Delta Force Sergeant Major Chris “Dutch” Moyer served 31 years with distinguished valor with over 1,000 classified and unclassified combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. Dutch planned and conducted small unit tactics in support of Unconventional Warfare, Special Reconnaissance, and Foreign Internal Defense / Direct Action missions. Prior to Delta Force, Dutch served in the Special Forces and 75th Ranger Regiment and is highly decorated having received the Bronze Star (five times) and the Legion of Merit award.

The Baseline Team is also comprised of SOF leaders that are highly decorated and proven warriors. They include retired Seal Team Six Commanders and Congressional Medal of Honor winners. We will discuss and disclose when you contact The Baseline.
