The Baseline Experiences
The Baseline is designed to transfer the mindset, principles, methods, and our experiences from the special operations teams to help you grow as an elite, mission driven person, leader and team. Our experience is delivered at locations that are immersive and off the grid. We teach you our principles through structured, yet informal, discussions, and put the principles in action with your choice of shooting or ATV’s.

We will teach you the mindset of commitment, resiliency, integrity and team first. Learning how to “Honor Your Word” and “Never Give Up” is the foundation of your baseline. Our process is delivered through an actionable and measurable method to ensure it is effectively transferred to you and your team.
Duration & Cost
The Baseline is a unique and invaluable high-performance leadership and team building experience. This is an investment for yourself and your team. There is nothing like this anywhere in the world. Our experiences typically last 2 or 3 days (your choice) and cost $4,500 per person per day (all-inclusive).
